Shipping Policy
FergCooks does NOT participate in product shipping.
If an item is purchased, pick-up is mandatory. While we would love to ship to our long distance consumers. Product and demand do not meet. If your product is not picked up by the end of day (scheduled pick-up time,) your refund will be forfeited.

Refund and Return Policy
Pick-up orders and packaging: To preserve the quality of pick-up food, it is advised that all customers are to arrive at the scheduled pick-up time. If you cannot arrive at the confirmed time, please contact FergCooks at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. If a customer arrives after the scheduled pick-up time without notifying, a refund will not be provided.
FERGCOOKS protects the right to refuse service
